"Taishu Golden Conger Eel" is a large, fatty conger eel caught off the west coast of Tsushima City, Nagasaki Prefecture, near the border with Korea.Its first feature is that it feeds on high-quality shrimp, octopus, and squid, which means that it has a higher fat content than conger eels caught in other places, and its taste is exceptional.It lives at depths of 150 to 200 meters, has plump, firm flesh and a delicious chewy texture.The fish is prepared right after opening, so it's super fresh!
